The FM01131 air filter from BMC is a high-end performance upgrade designed specifically for the Hayabusa GSX 1300 R (model year 2021 and onwards) approximately 500gram. Available at Bandidos pitstop. It utilizes BMC “Full Moulding” process meaning the filter housing is created in one piece without welded joints giving superior durability and a precise seal in the airbox. Internally, it features multi-layer cotton gauze media soaked in low-viscosity oil and covered with an epoxy-coated alloy mesh, allowing better airflow while still filtering fine particles (as small as ~7 microns). This filter is a direct drop-in replacement no major modifications needed and offers the benefit of being washable and reusable, making it ideal for riders seeking better breathing for their engine plus long-term value.
